Kari Severson Snaza is the Co-Founder and CEO of Oasis Health Partners®. Her family roots run deep in rural communities across the Midwest, where she witnessed firsthand the stark inequities in care between small towns and big cities. Those formative experiences sparked her lifelong commitment to transforming healthcare.

Over the course of her career, Kari has worked extensively in value-based primary care, partnering with health systems and health plans across the U.S. and internationally. Most recently, she served as Chief Strategy Officer at Mayo Clinic, following a fifteen-year career at UnitedHealth Group. These experiences have given her a clear perspective on what great care looks like – and where meaningful opportunities still exist.

Looking ahead, Kari is driven by a vision to make healthcare more resilient, patient-centered, and sustainable.

Robert Downing serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Oasis, Robert served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Health, a company he founded with the vision of helping medical practices navigate and prosper in the complex healthcare revenue cycle environment.

Nishant Patel serves as Senior Vice President, Finance. Prior to joining Oasis, Nishant worked at Village MD as a Vice President of Finance and spent time at Deloitte within their Strategy and Finance consulting team.

Janine is a primary care physician and clinician innovator with a track record of designing and scaling value-based population health, telehealth, and team-based care models across payers and provider organizations. She has held leadership roles as Head of Clinical Innovation and Population Health at Accompany Health and Medical Director at Aledade, where she partnered with practices and ACOs to improve performance in value-based contracts and outcomes for Medicare and Medicaid populations.

Janine trained at Harvard Medical School and NYU, where she completed her internal medicine residency and served on faculty, and now advises national coalitions and health sector leaders on deploying technology, AI, and innovative payment models to advance value-based care at scale.

John Mark Hackney serves as our Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Oasis, John Mark was a Vice President at Triple Aim Partners. He previously served in several other key executive roles including Chief Executive Officer Southeast and Regional Vice President – Strategy in the Medicare division of UnitedHealthcare. Prior to UnitedHealthcare, he held roles in finance, quality and analytics at Cigna-HealthSpring.
