Passionate about care for older adults, Alex has spent the majority of his healthcare journey delivering great outcomes for historically underserved seniors across the U.S. Prior to joining Oasis, Alex started his career at Bon Secours Mercy Health System before transitioning to senior operations roles for both AllyAlign Health (now Curana Health) and Patina. In these roles, Alex applied his obsession with the patient and provider experience to reimagine care for older adults. With the number of eligible Medicare beneficiaries expected to continue to grow over the next few decades, Alex knows there is still a great deal of opportunity to shape the future of healthcare in the United States. As a veteran startup leader, he knows the importance of a team-based approach to success.
A lifelong Virginia resident, Alex resides in Richmond with his wife, Alyssa, and two children, Sophie and Archie.
