Joan Marion joined Oasis Health Partners in May 2024 as a Value-Based Care Manager. In this role, she partners with independent primary care offices across South Carolina to educate, engage, and improve performance outcomes as measured by CMS and Medicare Advantage payors. Her territory spans the Myrtle Beach and Horry County area north to Florence. Before joining Oasis, Joan worked in patient engagement, compliance, and panel growth for several organizations, including Oak Street Health. She holds a BS in Business Administration from East Carolina University. Joan is driven by a passion for making the healthcare system work more effectively for both providers and patients. Serving as a strategic partner in Oasis Health Partners’ mission to preserve independent practices has been one of the most rewarding experiences of her career.
