With over 25 years of healthcare experience spanning private practice, pharmaceutical, consulting, health plan, and ACO partner landscapes, Suzanne has spent the last 12 years supporting operations and strategy in value-based care to drive optimal performance. Her focus has been leading clinical and engagement teams and program development to improve health outcomes and lower the cost of care through collaboration with clinicians, patients, health plans, and partners. Her passion is supporting provider partners through an authentic partnership and driving to a common goal to provide better care at lower cost. Suzanne is originally from Tennessee, but now resides in Suwanee, GA, with her husband and two children. She has a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).
